Our Return Policy

At Lilsey, we stand behind the quality of our shipping and packaging supplies. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Important: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Items That Can Be Returned

  • Unopened boxes and packaging materials
  • Unused shipping tape and dispensers
  • Protective materials in original, sealed packaging
  • Safety equipment with intact safety seals
  • Labels and forms in original, unopened packaging
  • Equipment with all original components and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used packaging materials
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials or chemicals
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Email us at returns@lilseylogistics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship the item(s) to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package.

Refund Process

Inspection Period

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Issuance

Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lilseyslogistics.com or call (555) 123-4567 within 48 hours of delivery.

What We'll Need

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect

Our Response

For verified damaged or defective items, we will:

  1. Provide a prepaid return shipping label
  2. Send a replacement item immediately (subject to availability)
  3. Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available

Business & Volume Orders

For business customers and volume orders, special return arrangements may apply. Please refer to your purchase agreement or contact your dedicated account manager.

Business Account Holders: Extended return windows may be available for unopened pallets and bulk orders. Contact your account representative for details.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs associated with the return
  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • Ensuring the return complies with international shipping regulations

Refunds for international returns will be issued minus any original shipping charges and will be processed in US Dollars.

Warranty Information

Some equipment and machinery may come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer according to their specific warranty terms.
