At Lilsey, we stand behind the quality of our shipping and packaging supplies. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Important: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Email us at returns@lilseylogistics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Ship the item(s) to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost.
